Introduction

"These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the enrollment and participation in the courses offered by Speak Nice, an English language coaching institute located at Deoband. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with these Terms.".

Eligibility

"Students must be at least 14 years old or have completed 8 class to enroll. Minors must have consent from a parent or guardian."

Course Enrollment

"Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 10 days before the course start date."

Fees and Payment

"All fees must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice. Payments are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by the institute. A late payment fee of 20 will apply after 10 days past due.".

Class Attendance and Conduct

"Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. More than 30 days absence may lead to termination of enrollment. Disruptive behavior, disrespect to faculty, or cheating will result in disciplinary action.".

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment if no classes have been attended. Partial refunds may be offered if withdrawal occurs within the first two weeks. No refunds will be provided after 14 days from the start of the course. Refunds are subject to a processing fee of 30%.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises. While we strive for quality education, we do not guarantee individual academic outcomes.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated to enrolled students.
